The HRT is a non partisan residents’ organization concerned with service delivery concerns and issues through building capacity of the residents for productive engagement as means to improve living standards in Harare. The Clean Up campaign is an initiative meant to change the mindset of the general public, to cultivate a sense of social responsibility in environmental and waste management. Clean up campaigns are also platforms for the residents to express their service delivery concerns which ensures that HRT engages in evidence based advocacy for targeted lobbying and correctional measures.
